How additional service pricing works

Because every business’s books are different, pricing for services outside the standard packages is determined after a brief diagnostic review. This is a no-pressure, no-commitment conversation — we’ll assess your current situation, explain exactly what’s involved, and give you a clear, written quote before any work begins.

Common Questions

A few things clients ask before getting started.

What does "starting at" mean?

Package prices reflect the base monthly retainer for a business that fits within the transaction and service limits listed. If your volume is higher, or you need occasional add-ons, we’ll discuss that upfront so there are no surprises on your invoice.

Is QuickBooks Online included in the price?

Yes. Your QBO subscription is included in all three packages. We manage the subscription on your behalf so you don’t need to set up a separate account or worry about billing from Intuit.

Can I start with a lower tier and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with Basic while they get settled, then move to Standard once they’re running payroll or bring on more staff. We’ll flag when an upgrade makes sense — you won’t be stuck in a tier that no longer fits.

What happens if my transaction volume exceeds the package limit in a given month?

We’ll let you know before overage charges apply. If it’s a one-time spike, we can handle it without changing your package. If it becomes a pattern, we’ll recommend moving up to the next tier.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts are required. We work on a month-to-month basis, though we do ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide to end the engagement — enough time to hand off your files cleanly and ensure continuity with your accountant.
